I’m a QA professional with over 10 years of experience testing web, mobile, SaaS, e-commerce, and AI-powered applications. My experience includes manual and automated testing, functional and regression testing, exploratory testing, API validation, responsive and cross-browser testing, and writing clear test cases and bug reports. I have also built automated test suites using Cypress and integrated them with GitHub Actions for continuous testing. One achievement I’m proud of was testing a Shopify post-purchase upsell application, where I validated complete customer flows such as accepting or declining offers, payment failures, unavailable products, and order updates. This helped identify issues that could directly affect customer experience and sales. Another achievement was improving business operations through Zoho Flow and other automation tools. I helped automate workflows involving Zoho CRM, QuickBooks invoicing, reporting, project creation, and account updates, reducing repetitive manual work. I have worked remotely since 2020 and am comfortable collaborating through Slack, Zoom, GitHub, and project-management tools. For my next role, I’m looking for a flexible remote QA position where I can combine manual testing, automation, and practical product feedback.
