Over 20 years across digital marketing, eCommerce, customer experience, and digital transformation, mostly in financial services and insurance, with a fair bit of GenAI and MarTech in the mix lately. At Crisil, a company of S&P Global, I run the digital and MarTech side for four global business lines and a USD 180M+ pipeline now sits under real-time visibility because of that work. Before this, I set up the Digital Centre of Excellence at PNB MetLife from scratch, which is where 'khUshi', India's first AI-powered insurance chatbot, came from, along with 15% YoY D2C revenue growth and full ownership of the customer lifecycle from lead generation to acquisition. I move comfortably between strategy, platform ownership, and hands-on execution, whether that's a CRM migration, an SEO overhaul, an ABM build, or sitting in a SteerCo explaining pipeline health to an Executive Committee.
