Sinakho Namhla

I am an R&D Technologist with experience in food science, technical research, laboratory testing, data analysis and project coordination. I have worked in the food ingredients and baking industry since 2023, progressing from an R&D internship at AIT Ingredients into my current R&D Technologist role at Eurogerm South Africa. My work involves planning and conducting laboratory and baking trials, analysing flour and product performance, working with Mixolab and NIR data, preparing technical reports, supporting customer and Sales requirements, coordinating R&D projects and communicating technical information to different teams. I have also developed a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital workplace tools. I use AI-assisted workflows for research, documentation, information organisation, meeting workflows and productivity, and have helped promote practical AI use within my workplace. Two areas I have particularly contributed to are technical product optimisation and cross-functional project coordination. I have worked on formulation and product-development projects while also coordinating R&D and Sales activities, technical meetings and training initiatives. I am now looking to bring my analytical, research, communication and project-coordination skills into a remote environment. I am particularly interested in remote opportunities involving research, data, AI training and evaluation, technical documentation, project coordination, customer/technical support and AI-assisted operations.
