I am a Finance and Accounting professional with 10+ years of experience across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, general accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, collections, tax compliance, budgeting and financial reporting. My core strengths include managing AP and AR processes, reviewing and processing invoices and payment documentation, monitoring receivables and collections, performing account reconciliations, maintaining accurate accounting records, supporting month-end activities and working with ERP systems such as Primavera and PHC. In my current role as Senior Finance and Administration Officer at Red Transport Mozambique, I support end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting, management accounts, budgeting, fixed assets, tax matters and external audits. I also supervise administrative and finance activities and contribute to internal controls and operational efficiency. Earlier in my career, I worked as an Accountant, Accounting Assistant and Credit Manager, gaining hands-on experience in accounting records, trial balances, income statements, tax calculations, financial reconciliations, credit assessment, client portfolios, billing and payment monitoring. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Universidade Eduardo Mondlane (UEM), complemented by accounting training and professional courses in Audit amp; Assurance, Financial Reporting and Primavera accounting.
