Hello! I am an experienced operations and quality professional who has transitioned into AI-data and annotation workflows, with strong experience in team management, training, quality, analytics, process improvement and client delivery. I have over 15 years of experience across research and data analysis, operations management, client services, quality, and more recently AI data annotation and evaluation. I started my career in research and analysis, working on projects for Fortune 500 clients, and then moved into operations and client services, where I spent several years managing teams, project delivery, capacity planning, performance metrics and process improvement. I also worked extensively with dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Excel. More recently, I transitioned into AI data work. In my current role with Turing, I work as a Video Annotator and Quality Analyst, supporting AI training and evaluation workflows. My experience includes video annotation, egocentric video segmentation and captioning, image annotation using Label Studio, and text annotation using Retool, along with quality validation and adherence to detailed annotation guidelines. I have also worked on AI-generated content review and evaluation. I'm looking for an opportunity where I can use my broader experience in Data Research, leadership, quality, analytics and operations while continuing to grow within AI. My current AI-data work has given me valuable hands-on exposure, and I'm now interested in moving toward a role with greater ownership of training, quality frameworks, process improvement and team capability.
