That’s taken me through post-merger integration, global governance, and large-scale platform rollouts, including deployment across 5,000+ locations. The work often cuts across different operating environments, with stakeholders ranging from deeply technical teams to executive leadership. It stays close to leadership, where priorities are still forming and tradeoffs carry real consequences. I navigate those tradeoffs, align teams, and carry decisions forward so they hold under real operating conditions. How things get done matters. The teams involved, the stakeholders accountable, and the people affected all shape the outcome. Keeping decisions clear and grounded — and involving the right people early — makes a real difference.
