I'm an operations leader and analyst with over 20 years of experience in the customer service space. In my last role, I was the real-time analyst team lead as well as a global real-time analyst and resource planner. I was also the implementation and customer service manager for a shipping company, tasked with implementing systems for database management as well as inventory tracking (Google Sheets implementation).
