Shawna Mae Lancaster Warren

I am an experienced educator and school leader with more than 20 years of experience supporting student achievement and teacher development. Throughout my career, I have worked to create positive, respectful learning environments where students feel supported and teachers feel empowered to grow professionally. As an instructional leader, I focus on using data to guide decision-making, strengthening classroom instruction, and building collaborative teams that work together to improve outcomes for all students. In my role as an assistant principal, I have supported school operations, coached teachers, analyzed assessment data, and helped lead school improvement efforts. I believe in maintaining high expectations while also building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
