I am a Cybersecurity student at Purdue Global University with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and professionals in fast-paced healthcare environments. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills while working with electronic systems, managing sensitive information, and coordinating services across multidisciplinary teams. My professional background has taught me how to troubleshoot complex situations, adapt quickly to new technologies, and remain calm under pressure. I have extensive experience documenting information accurately, managing competing priorities, and providing exceptional support to a wide range of individuals. These skills have naturally fueled my interest in technology and inspired my transition into the IT and cybersecurity field. As I continue my cybersecurity education, I am building knowledge in networking, system administration, cloud technologies, information security, and technical troubleshooting. I am particularly interested in IT Support, Help Desk, Technical Support, and Cybersecurity roles where I can combine my strong customer service experience with my growing technical skills.
