I am a results-driven professional with a passion for people, In my current role I serve in the Human services, Healthcare and Child welfare sector. My past background experience in the retail management sector provided key insight to strategic planning and implementation , bringing years of hands-on experience in leadership, operations, and customer service excellence. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and am currently pursuing my Master’s in Human Services, which I will complete in June 2026. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer support and creating positive experiences for both clients and teams.
