Senior program and delivery leader with 21+ years shipping complex, safety-critical software with distributed teams across Germany, India, and Japan. Working across three countries and time zones has made cross-border delivery my default way of operating rather than something I adapt to. Most recently at ZF Active Safety, I led delivery for Steer-by-Wire — a first-of-its-kind product carrying real technical and organizational complexity — where I introduced agile and CI practices that improved predictability and team velocity, and built KPI dashboards that gave leadership a clear view of delivery health. Earlier, at Tata Consultancy Services, I led ADAS feature delivery with teams of up to 30 engineers and grew the engagement 300% through consistent delivery. I'm a certified SAFe Agilist, and lean-agile leadership is how I work: flow over utilization, decentralized decisions, cadence and transparency as the basis for trust.
