I own categories end to end: direct materials, MRO, utilities, logistics and capital equipment, most recently across a ~30-facility medical device sterilization network with a supply base spanning Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, Europe and Asia. Two achievements: at Caterpillar I converted legacy spindle sourcing from casting to forging and resourced 47 specialized components, delivering over $8M.
