Customer support specialist with 10+ years of experience.
I have a pretty large blank spot in my resume, I broke my spine in 2018 from a workplace accident at Walmart and it was a rough recovery. I have since had to switch the industry I specialize in. I have completed a certification program with College of the Sequoias and received my certification in Computer programming and information system. I completed with a 3.54 GPA and have a strong passion for technology and customer support. I have been in the customer support field for 10+ years. My goals would be to find a career in either Customer support or Computer repair and making a livable income. I have incredible passion for both of these fields and am ready to work hard to achieve my goals.
