I'm a QA specialist and onboarding content creator with 15+ years helping people succeed with new tools, systems, and workflows. Most recently I served as Director of Teacher Success & QA at Superstructures, a small edtech startup, where I handled documentation, user research, and quality assurance. I documented usability issues across 10+ product releases, built two FAQ knowledge bases and 20 tutorial videos from scratch, owned end-to-end user research, and redesigned two product websites in Webflow — all while managing user support and coordinating between users and the dev team. Before that I spent 15 years in K–12 education, which means I know how to explain complex systems to non-technical users and build training materials that people actually use. I thrive in early-stage environments where the playbook doesn't exist yet — so I make it.
