I help organisations turn complex operations and data challenges into clear, reliable systems that enable teams — especially those in supporter‑facing and customer‑centric roles — to work more effectively. My work focuses on process design, data quality and insight, operational frameworks, and simplification of workflows, so teams can focus on impact rather than unnecessary administrative burden. In my current role leading supporter data and fundraising operations at The British Museum, I’ve stabilised and improved core operational processes during periods of change, designed reliable CRM and income workflows, and developed reporting that supports planning and prioritisation. I partner closely with fundraising, finance, legal and governance teams to reduce errors and turnaround times and strengthen operational resilience. I enjoy hands‑on roles where I take ownership, anticipate challenges and improve how organisations operate at scale. I’m particularly interested in remote or flexible leadership opportunities that allow me to base myself in Italy while supporting operations, data strategy and process improvement for mission‑driven organisations. I see working from Italy as a way to combine lifestyle with meaningful professional contribution in operations and data‑driven environments.
