Polymer Engineer with HND in Polymer Engineering and 7+ years of experience as an experienced professional educator; I possess a strong technical background complemented by in-depth experience in communications, problem solving, analytical skills, training, and collaborating with individuals from a variety of disciplines and levels of experience. My engineering education has given me foundational understanding of polymer materials, characteristics, processing, manufacturing processes, quality control issues, and technical troubleshooting, while my teaching experiences have enhanced my capacity to break down complex issues, articulate technical information, handle responsibilities, and adapt to changing conditions. Although I have previously concentrated on developing professional competencies within an educational setting, rather than on engineering work to date, I am keen to find a career within an organization's operations in the polymer, plastics, materials, manufacturing, quality, or production engineering, or other related engineering departments. I bring a combination of technical education and mature professional experience that enables me to learn quickly, follow technical procedures, solve problems systematically, collaborate effectively with teams, and communicate clearly across technical and non-technical environments. My background also makes me particularly well suited to educational and training positions, including Mathematics, Science, STEM, and technical education roles. I am experienced in simplifying complex concepts, developing engaging learning experiences, assessing understanding, supporting different learning abilities, and creating structured environments that promote academic and practical development.
