I am an HR, recruitment and operations professional with over 17 years of experience, mostly in the maritime and offshore industry. I currently work as Head – Company Operations at Clipper Oceans Ventures in Navi Mumbai, where I manage manpower planning, recruitment, interviews, offers, joining formalities, crew documentation and deployment for international and national clients. Over the years I have worked in personnel management, crewing, documentation, compliance and audits. I work closely with clients, employees, government authorities, auditors and consultants. I am very good at handling complaints from clients and staff and resolving problems calmly and fairly. I have also led teams, reviewed their work and guided them whenever needed. Teaching and writing are a big part of who I am. I train and guide young people who want to build a career in Professional Industry, helping new employees settle in, learn faster and grow in their roles. I write articles regularly, and they are published on LinkedIn. I am strong in written communication, proofreading, documentation and explaining things clearly. My training includes DPA (Indian Register of Shipping), ISM, ISPS and MLC, and I hold an MBA in International Business with Distinction. I was also promoted during my time with EMAS Offshore Service in Singapore, based on my work and performance. I am looking for a remote role as a Crew Documentation Controller, HR Operations Manager or Talent Acquisition Manager. I am also open to content writing and editing, customer support management, and online Hindi teaching. I am professional, dependable and easy to work with, and I get along well with people at every level including Children, including teams in different countries and time zones. I am happy to learn new tools and systems quickly.
