I'm a PMP Certified Project Manager with 8 years of experience. In 2023, I led an enterprise-wide software migration from 3 disjointed platforms to a new more robust project management platform. I evaluated several solutions based on our needs and managed the end-to-end implementation including redesigning workflows, developing standardized templates and automations, and trained staff. It resulted in improved workload planning, visibility and efficiency of project execution, as well as an increase in the efficiency of resource usage reporting by over 80%. More recently, I became a mother a few months ago. While my career is very dear to me, being able to bear a child after difficulty conceiving has been my greatest achievement. It has taught me more patience and how to better manage my time since returning to work from maternity leave. I currently work remotely, so being able to be home, still work and provide for my family and watch my daughter grow up is something I want to continue to do. I'm looking for a remote role that has a great work/life balance and allows me to not only progress in my career, but also continue to play an active role in raising my daughter.
