I'm a Finance and Tourism & Hospitality Management graduate (MBA, University of Dhaka) with hands-on experience across banking, digital marketing, and academic research. I worked as a Collection Executive at The City Bank Limited, managing a collections portfolio and coordinating with risk teams on recovery targets. I later worked as a Digital Marketing Expert at Solushan Edu, planning and executing campaigns that improved audience engagement and reach. I hold an Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) certification from Bangladesh's National Board of Revenue, along with professional certifications in Digital Marketing and Web Design & Development. I also co-authored a peer-reviewed publication on tourism banking. I'm fluent in six languages — Bangla, English, German, Persian, Urdu, and Arabic — which supports clear communication across diverse, international teams. I'm detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in remote, async-first environments.
