I'm a corporate and IP lawyer with close to 2 years of hands-on legal experience — helping businesses draft watertight contracts, protect their intellectual property, and stay ahead of regulatory risk. Currently an Associate at an IP boutique firm in Jaipur, I work across the full spectrum of commercial legal work: drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements, NDAs, service and vendor contracts; managing trademark prosecution from filing through opposition; conducting IP due diligence and risk opinions; and advising clients on brand protection strategy and compliance with data protection and licensing laws. A few things I'm proud of: I've independently managed trademark lifecycles end-to-end on the IP India Portal, drafted commercial contracts across technology and services sectors, and delivered risk-based legal opinions that have shaped real business decisions — not just sat in a folder. I hold an LL.M. in Criminal & Security Laws alongside my LL.B. — giving me a sharper lens on both regulatory risk and corporate compliance than most generalists bring to the table. I'm currently open to remote opportunities in corporate law, contract management, IP advisory, or in-house legal roles — where I can contribute from day one without needing hand-holding.
