Over an 18+ year career spanning BFSI, Fintech, Lending, and Credit Rating, I have had the privilege of working closely with CEOs, Boards, and senior leadership teams on programs that mattered most to their organisations — from Enterprise IT Delivery, Digital transformation and PMO establishment to delivery governance and at-risk program recovery. My path began in financial research. The domain depth I built as a Financial Analyst at CRISIL became the foundation for a natural progression into IT delivery leadership — where understanding the business behind the technology has always been as important as managing the execution itself. At CRISIL, I led end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data and analytical applications for the Ratings, Research, and Coalition divisions, while driving digital transformation programs that opened new markets and created cross-divisional business value over several consecutive years. At Acuite Ratings, trusted with full IT leadership accountability by the CEO and Board, I led the organisation's Enterprise IT Delivery and at the forefront was the digital transformation agenda — ERP implementation, infrastructure modernisation, PMO establishment, and compliance governance — delivering ₹1.6M+ in programme savings over two years and clean outcomes across all IT audit categories. As a consultant, I led a strategic ERP transformation for a leading Leasing NBFC, enabling the organisation to scale operations and achieve business excellence through fully digitised core processes. At Lentra AI, I took ownership of a fragmented delivery model and built it into a structured, governance-led, high-performance operation — introducing Agile frameworks, delivery controls, and team capability programs that reduced critical production incidents by 90% and elevated client confidence across the platform.
