AI Lead Product desinger
I'm a product designer, 8 years in, mostly spent making complicated B2B software feel simple. At Kissflow I redesigned their no-code app builder the tool where non-technical people build real software and the redesign lifted engagement 40%+, mostly because I stopped treating it as a pile of screens and gave it an actual structure: split the whole thing into "define what you're building" and "build it," and a lot of long-standing usability problems just stopped happening. Before that I rebuilt their checkout flow and got completion up 25%. Most recently I was Lead Product Designer at SuperOps, an AI platform for IT teams, owning design end to end billing, SLAs, reporting, the unglamorous stuff people actually depend on. The thing that's changed how I work is AI. Claude and Cursor aren't productivity hacks for me I prototype in code with them, so I ship working prototypes instead of static mockups and stay close to the frontend without waiting on engineering. What I'm after: an early design seat on an AI-native product, remote, where I own real surfaces and get judged on the outcome, not the process. Small team, fast, no design-by-committee.
