I’ve built a well-rounded career over the past decade, working across logistics, customer service, e-commerce, and digital marketing. My background is rooted in operations and team leadership, with astrong focus on improving processes and keeping things running smoothly.In my most recent position, I spent 2 years as a Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative at Lanter Distributing, where I coordinated freight across three states, scheduled driver assignments, andmade sure customers got the service and support they needed. Before that, I spent two years as a DriverManager at Western Express, overseeing 40 drivers, handling compliance and payroll issues, and makingsure deliveries stayed on track. Before diving into logistics, I worked in e-commerce roles at Salechamps and Buy Low Warehouse, where I handled everything from product testing and inventory to listing items online and improving internal workflows. I’ve also had the opportunity to support veterans and their families as a VA Denial Specialist—helping over 1,500 families get the benefits they deserve and successfully overturning more than 150 denials. Earlier in my career, I taught English in Beijing, China, developed curriculum, and even trained new teachers.
