Rutuja Jadhav

I am a biotechnology postgraduate from Vellore Institute of Technology with research experience at IIT Guwahati. My interests span molecular biology, bioactive compounds, and computational approaches to biological research. At IIT Guwahati, my research involved investigating the anti-hemin potential of Javitri through biochemical assays and developing standardized experimental workflows. My academic project experience also includes RNA-seq-based gene expression analysis related to Sjögren’s syndrome. My technical background includes PCR, gel electrophoresis, plasmid isolation, SDS-PAGE, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulation. Through virtual laboratory development, I have also translated experimental procedures into clear, structured learning modules supported by scientific literature. I am seeking early-career Research Assistant, R&D Trainee, or Bioinformatics Trainee opportunities where I can contribute to research, data interpretation, and scientific documentation.
