I run Russell D & Associates, delivering consulting, managed services, coaching, and recruitment for fitness, wellness, and technical talent. Technology wise I also served as Chief Sales Officer -2022/2023 at Grivy, leading commercial, operational, and analytical functions dealing with some of the worlds largest brands ,Coca Cola ,Unilever, Procter and Gamble , Mondelez and Glico in the collection of first party data to drive personalization , ascertain behaviour, improve reach and reduce advertising spend on more direct targeting of their consumers . 2.I have spent three decades in the fitness and wellness industry, evolving into commercial intelligence, revenue operations, and data‑driven decision‑making over the last several years. 3.I have built and led high‑performance commercial teams across multiple markets, consistently improving pipeline growth and integrity , revenue forcasting and operational discipline. 4.Established and set up of Fitness First Qatar and Bahrain sourced, built, staffed and trained 4 clubs in that territory as well as establsihed as countey manager Believe Fitness's Indonesia in 2024/2025
