I have always been someone who enjoys networking and building connections, which is what drew me into Recruitment. Working in this field allows me to combine strong communication skills with relationship building while helping both candidates and companies find the right fit. I have over 3 years of experience in recruitment, managing full-cycle hiring for both technical and non-technical roles across global markets. In my previous roles, I sourced candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other social media platforms. I have also worked closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements, coordinated interviews, and supported the hiring process through to offer and onboarding.
