I'm a Chief of Staff and operations leader with 11 years of experience across operations, program management and training. Most recently, I was hired as Chief of Staff to the CEO and COO of Tandem Care, a fully remote home care company, and later became Director of Operations. I prepared the briefings and models they decided from, led the weekly decision forum, and built the KPI and business review layer the managers ran against. Since August 2026, I've worked independently as an Operations and AI Consultant. I built the operations strategy and AI layer for a client's business and remain their ongoing point of support, and for an AI data company I set quality standards, evaluate other contributors' work against defined rubrics, and write the task briefs and acceptance criteria that define a correct AI-generated deliverable. Two results I'm proud of: I took coordinator caseload from 15 to 60+ by redesigning roles so each person owned the function they were strongest at, while the caregiver workforce grew from about 25 to 230 at peak across 7 territories and 3 service lines. I also built an AI-assisted oversight layer that scanned for missed follow-ups, payroll variances and coverage gaps, and wrote the evidence standard for when its output could be cited and when it had to be verified against the source record. Before Tandem, I managed three federally funded education grant programs at California State University, Dominguez Hills ($7.6M, $7M and $2.9M). I ran a fully remote operation for three years and work well async. Next, I'm taking on remote contract, part-time and freelance work in operations, training and AI evaluation, where I can set up the systems, standards and training a team runs on.
