I am an experienced Customer Experience professional with three years of experience and have been a Team Leader for the past two years. Throughout my career, I have developed strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. As a Team Leader, I have managed around 30 representatives, including 17 newly hired agents whom I trained and guided from the beginning. I helped them understand the fundamental processes and responsibilities of their roles. Through their hard work and dedication, all 17 agents successfully became regular employees and have now been with the company for over a year. I am now looking to expand my horizons by learning new skills and experience that will also meet daily expenses.
