I have over 3 years of experience working directly with customers through my business and other customer-facing roles, with recent training focused specifically on remote customer support and virtual work. I am particularly proud of building and managing a food business, where I served customers, handled orders, resolved complaints, and managed day-to-day operations, and successfully developing my administrative and digital skills through certifications in Virtual Assistance and Data Entry. For my next role, I am looking for a fully remote Customer Service or Customer Support position where I can use my communication, problem-solving, organisation, and customer-focused skills.
