I am a customer service and administration professional with strong experience across regulated, high volume, and remote environments. Currently working as a Drive Smart Advisor at Direct Line’s Motability Scheme, supporting vulnerable customers in an FCA-regulated setting with empathy and accuracy. My previous experience spans travel insurance case management, contact centre work achieving 95% CSAT, retail supervision, and founding and running an independent e-commerce business. I am confident across CRM systems including Salesforce, and skilled in complaint handling, inbox and diary management, and data entry. I pride myself on being an organised communicator who consistently builds positive relationships and delivers results under pressure. I am seeking a stable role where attention to detail and people skills make a real difference. Even though my background is in customer service and admin, I am open to all roles and learn new operations quickly and with ease. I feel my vast experience will be best placed within customer, operations, insurance and employment fields.
