I am an Android Engineer with 7+ years experience of building multiple apps like POS, Ecommerce, Online Travel Agent. At my last role, I manage 6 people to improve overall quality of old codebase and old culture. On my last role, I transform from old codebase to new one, bring new architecture design to improve overall quality of code and engineering productivity. I improved from 72% free crash rate to 95% free crash rate for internal POS App. I also introduce how AI can improve the productivity of the team by building shared component between android and ios with Compose Multiplatform.
