Robin de Beus

Since 2022, I am a Project Controller and PMO Lead, who specializes in financial management, forecasting, reporting, risk-, and stakeholder management. In my current role, I combine financial expertise with project management to support projects from planning through delivery. My responsibilities include managing budgets and costs, preparing forecasts and reports, coordinating financial agreements and supporting closing activities. Through these responsibilities, I provide management with clear insight into project performance and financial health. Two achievements I am proud of, are progressing into my current Project Controller & PMO Lead role at Sogeti and being able to play a coaching/leading role within the PMO community. At Sogeti, I progressed from a PMO and Project Controller trainee into a lead position, taking on greater responsibility for financial control and management support. Next to my daily tasks, I am able to train and coach colleagues in Finance and Controlling. That way, I add value to our team and organization as a whole. For my next role, I am looking for a fully remote position as a Project Controller or in a closely related financial management role. I am particularly interested in positions where I can combine financial analysis and controlling with process improvement, stakeholder management, and strategic decision-making while continuing to grow professionally within an international, digitally oriented, and forward-thinking organization. I enjoy taking ownership, working independently, solving complex problems, and bringing structure and transparency. I am planning to relocate to Saxony-Anhalt in December 2026 and am therefore specifically looking for a 100% remote working arrangement. I am comfortable working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. I am also available for occasional on-site meetings in the Leipzig or Berlin area.
