In my recent role as a Senior CX Associate, I supervised an offshore CX team in guiding resolutions for complex customer situations as well as providing constructive feedback to help boost CSAT and productivity goals. On top of this, I also refined a pivotal workflow for reporting made-to-order product integrity issues by enhancing internal data collection processes within the CX team and cross-functionally at the factory and sourcing levels.
