Rhi Scolli

I’m an Operations leader with experience across Business Operations, Revenue Operations, systems implementation, process improvement, automation, and change management. Most recently, I’ve been responsible for finding where processes are manual, inconsistent, or breaking down and building better systems around them. I’ve led tech implementations and rollouts, built workflows and automations, created reporting and dashboards, documented processes, and worked across teams to improve how work gets done. Two projects I’m especially proud of are leading the end-to-end implementation of ClickUp across an organization, including workflow design, automations, intake processes, training, and ongoing optimization; and building an AI-enabled prospecting workflow that used our ICP criteria to research and score thousands of companies, identify the strongest-fit prospects, and move those contacts into HubSpot while removing a significant amount of manual research for the sales team. For my next role, I’m looking for a remote Manager-level position in Business Operations, Revenue/GTM Operations, systems/process optimization, or transformation. I’m especially interested in roles where I can own problems end-to-end, improve processes, implement and optimize systems, build automation, and work cross-functionally to make the business run better.
