I am a dedicated Physiotherapist and Home-Based Care Specialist with 4 years' experience supporting older adults, post-operative patients and people living with long-term conditions. I have experience developing individual care plans and supporting patients and their caregivers throughout their care journey. I also work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure that patients receive the support they need. My clinical experience in physiotherapy and movement therapy is supported by strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets. I use these skills to keep accurate records, monitor patient progress and manage follow-ups. I am also passionate about helping patients and caregivers understand their care and feel supported throughout the process.
