I have built my career on supporting both sales teams and their clients by resolving issues, creating teams, and improving processes and operational systems. In my last role, I led a client/sales services team that supported 7 sales representatives and more than 1,500 clients. I also served as an admin for several business-critical platforms, including Salesforce, MarketingCloud, ZoomInfo, and several event registration systems. I created reports and workflows within Salesforce, ensuring leadership had accurate insights to guide strategic decisions. Earlier in my career, I worked on CMS implementations and website launches, which gave me a practical technical foundation and confidence to work alongside development teams.
