I am a senior Environmental, Health, Safety, and Risk Management professional with more than 26 years of experience leading workplace safety, regulatory compliance, loss prevention, incident investigation, and operational risk programs. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety and have served in leadership roles, including Safety Director, Risk/EHS Manager, and Director of HSE&Q. My experience includes developing and auditing safety management systems, conducting OSHA and EPA compliance assessments, managing contractor safety, evaluating workplace hazards, investigating incidents, and advising executive leadership on risk-reduction strategies. I have supported government, industrial, construction, aviation, and facility-based operations and am comfortable managing programs across multiple locations. I am an effective communicator who can lead virtual meetings, train employees, prepare executive reports, develop policies, and collaborate with operations, human resources, legal, insurance, and senior management teams. I work independently, manage competing priorities, and have experience supporting geographically dispersed operations. I am seeking a remote or travel-based leadership position such as Safety Director, EHS Director, Risk Manager, Corporate Safety Manager, or Safety and Compliance Consultant. I am open to full-time employment and select contract opportunities where I can provide strategic leadership, strengthen accountability, and build sustainable safety and risk-management programs.
