I am an IT Support and Cybersecurity professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering. I have hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting, gained while actively helping students, lecturers, and staff at Perbanas Institute with hardware, software, and network issues. I have also completed project-based Penetration Testing engagements for Government companies and private companies. Two key achievements: First, I resolved 40+ technical issues in the campus environment, including OS reinstallation, BSOD fixes, and WiFi configuration, which reduced user downtime. Second, I completed penetration testing projects for PT. Asuransi Jiwa Syariah AL-AMIN and PT. Jaminan Kredit Indonesia (Jamkrindo), where I identified critical vulnerabilities and delivered actionable mitigation reports that improved their security posture. I am now looking for a remote IT Support or Helpdesk role where I can apply my troubleshooting skills, end-user support experience, and security mindset to ensure smooth IT operations. I thrive in async-first teams and am ready to contribute to a global remote team.
