Ravindra Pagidala

I currently work at CASHe (Bhanix Finance and Investment Limited), where I’ve had the opportunity to take strong ownership of backend systems. One of my key contributions was independently building “Userlytics,” an in-house customer engagement and campaign analytics platform that replaced AppsFlyer and WebEngage. This helped the company remove third-party dependencies and save nearly ₹2 Crores annually. I worked across the full backend stack—designing APIs, handling asynchronous processing, campaign execution, and analytics—while keeping performance and reliability in mind. Alongside feature development, I’ve also worked on revenue-critical integrations with external NBFC partners like RamFinCorp and IndiaLends. I helped build asynchronous partner deduplication and lead orchestration flows that enabled smooth redirection of ineligible users and contributed ₹5–20 Crores in monthly revenue through partner leads. These projects taught me how important it is to design systems that are both fast and dependable. I also regularly handle production issues—monitoring systems after releases, debugging live problems, and rolling out fixes when needed. This has helped me develop a balanced mindset: writing clean, scalable code while also understanding how systems behave in real-world production environments. I enjoy backend work because I like building rule-driven systems that run reliably on their own and create real impact, even for users who may never know who built them. I’m excited about the opportunity to bring this mindset, along with my technical skills and sense of ownership, to your team. Even though my tech stack is java , spring, hibernate ,Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, I can learn the required tech stack and start contributing quickly.
