I am an intentional and detail-oriented writer with experience in technical writing, copywriting, and customer support. Throughout my career in both Agile and creative environments, I've created and edited a range of content, from SaaS documentation and release notes to help-center articles, brand copy, and social content across multiple platforms. In my recent previous work as a Junior Technical Writer, I updated 40+ help-center articles, crafted release notes for product features, and collaborated with cross-functional engineering and design teams in an Agile environment. I also conducted copy checks as part of UX enhancements to ensure the features we rolled out aligned with our customers' needs and maintained their user-friendliness. As a former Junior Copywriter, I wrote in-art copy and social content for local brands from different industries such as food and wellness. This honed my brand awareness and instinct to write for various brand voices and audiences to drive engagement. My core strengths include technical writing, SEO, editing, proofreading, and fact-checking. These are backed by soft skills such as cross-functional collaboration, clear communication, adaptability to new tools and systems, and a keen eye for detail. While I'm mindful and observant by nature, I speak up when needed. Hence, I thrive in an environment of trust, growth, and genuine opportunity.
