I’m a Training & Development professional with 8+ years of experience across learning and development, training delivery, operations, process improvement, and stakeholder management. I specialize in turning business and process requirements into structured learning programs, assessments, SOPs, and measurable performance outcomes. Two achievements I’m particularly proud of are achieving a **91% average knowledge assessment score** across training cohorts and leading training/onboarding initiatives for multiple international processes and pilot businesses, including WES, ETS Proctoring, TEMU, TransUnion, and Purchasing Power.
