I'm currently an Appointment Verifier / CSR for a group of hospitals and clinics based in the US. I work remotely since January of 2025 . I am the first line of contact for patients and other facilities I take between 100 to 200 plus calls. Detailed chart communications using various CRM systems and tools . I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in this role . My previous pharmacy experience also helps me understand the questions and concerns better. I have achieved within my time here being able to resolve tough issues which have been prolonged and was frustrating for patients by escalating the issue to as many relevant staff as possible. Also I have gained the trust and compliance of many irate patients regarding their healthcare issues. By being empathetic, professional and following up . Thus many patients will routinely ask specifically for me when they call I am looking for an environment where my experience and skills can be used effectively and where I can also be challenged and have growth opportunities. I am open to any field that can use my skills to their advantage and I am also willing to learn new skills as may be required.
