In 2019, I began my professional journey as a Technical Support Engineer at Aspiring Minds Pvt Ltd. In this role, I focused on resolving technical issues, supporting system infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. My dedicated efforts and growing expertise laid a strong foundation in technical troubleshooting and client support. ​By 2021, following Aspiring Minds' integration with SHL, I was promoted to Senior Technical Support Engineer at SHL India Pvt Ltd. In this elevated role, I took on expanded responsibilities that combined technical operations with data-driven decision-making. I regularly performed data analysis and built comprehensive dashboards using Microsoft Excel and MySQL to track key operational metrics and streamline reporting. ​Additionally, my core technical duties involved complex system troubleshooting, configuring IP settings for network connectivity, and setting up offline servers to support secure, seamless assessment delivery. Through these experiences, I have continually strengthened my ability to manage critical IT operations, optimize data visibility, and deliver reliable technical solutions.
