Product Leader | JPMorgan & Chase | Digital Client Platforms & Enterprise Experience | Platform Modernization, AI Automation, Financial Services
14 years in, I keep finding myself drawn to the same kind of problem — platforms that have grown fragmented or outdated over time, and the work of rebuilding them into something that actually serves the people using them day to day. At JPMorgan Chase, I had the opportunity to lead the modernization of the Advisor Desktop Experience — working with a strong team to migrate 6,000+ advisors from five disconnected legacy tools onto a single AI-powered platform integrated with ServiceNow. That unified foundation made a few things possible. We launched a set of strategic initiatives — Preserve Burn, Points Boost, and Travel Credits — that together drove a ~4% conversion uplift worth $125M+ in gross booking volume. We also built an Interaction History platform using LLMs for call summarization and a Real-Time Guidance engine using RAG architecture, which contributed to an 8-point NPS improvement, and Intelligent Call Routing that brought in $2.5M in annual operational savings. Before that, at NICE, I worked across 4 Agile squads on a roadmap that included self-service tools which helped reduce L1 support tickets by 27%. At Springer Nature, I was part of automating the journal publishing pipeline for 5,000+ journals and 400+ users. At Principal Financial Group, I supported a UX redesign of a mutual funds platform within a strict US Capital Markets compliance environment, which helped raise NPS by 5%. If there's one thing I try to bring consistently, it's a mix of platform and AI product grounding with a fair amount of operational patience — multi-year migrations don't go smoothly without a lot of unglamorous groundwork, and I've learned to genuinely enjoy that part too. I'm currently exploring Director/VP-level Product opportunities in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven platforms — looking for problems worth sitting with for a while, and a team to do that work alongside.
