Radwa Hany Mostafa Hussien

I am an IT and Application Support professional with experience in technical support, SQL Server, troubleshooting, system testing, and business applications. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management Technology and Information Systems, with additional training in CCNA, CCNP ENCOR, CompTIA Network+, SQL Server, and Frontend Development. In my recent role, I have worked with SQL Server databases, supported business applications, investigated user issues, reproduced system problems, reviewed browser and system errors, and worked with database tables and stored procedures to troubleshoot and support new features, screens, and reports. I have also been involved in functional testing and validating system features against requirements. I am comfortable working with technical teams and business users to understand issues, investigate root causes, document findings, and follow issues through resolution. I am currently looking for a remote opportunity in Application Support, IT Support, Technical Support, Software Testing, or SQL/Database-related roles where I can contribute my technical background while continuing to develop my skills.
