Serving guests their meal while maintaining interpersonal people skills that are a must have especially while being a persons waitress. I take it very seriously and I always have I started waitressing as soon as I knew my personality was spot on for the job. I always had wonderful people skills, I knew how to let my guest know they were number 1!!! And were important, all while also getting catering jobs ready and completed for that same day after my daily job of serving my guests I would change my uniform get into the catering mode and continue on with the same but a tiny bit different kind of responsibility, keeping the guest happy, but on a larger scale, letting them kno they are what is important right now and that they r going to be taken care of. I had known my boss for so long I also was at times the restaurants cook waitress and friend all in one, if we didn't have a cook that day I could not let all of my guests down I had to get into gear and maintain the food for my guests, the personality to my guests that they deserved, and keep them returning to my section and where I love the wonderful way of having a relationship with amazing people!
