In my previous role, I helped over 20 individuals secure health insurance through outbound calling of over 1000 leads per week, which increased the company's sales. After my education, I self-educate myself on how to work remotely in the health sector as a virtual medical assistant, focusing on medical documentation, medical billing, virtual care, data entry, scheduling, and medical customer service support, where I thrive to this day while ensuring HIPAA Compliance. My goals are to ensure continuity of care, ensuring that all patients are satisfied with the kind of service they get from the healthcare service provider.
