Scheduler and customer service
I am a scheduler with three years experience scheduling for geek squad, two years for hello booked and over a year for national seating and mobility. I have been doing customer service for 15 years. My de-escalation skills focus on empathy and problem solving. I am very detailed oriented and would like a remote position doing data entry or similar.
