I am a self-motivated and adaptable professional with hands-on experience in customer communication, online sales, marketing, order fulfilment, and independent business activities. I am currently studying Marketing at Koforidua Technical University and have completed training in Virtual Assistance and AI Automation. Through my experience selling products online and developing my own product line, I have gained practical experience communicating with customers, handling enquiries, negotiating prices, managing orders, following up with customers, and supporting the sales process from beginning to end. My teaching experience also strengthened my communication, organization, patience, and ability to work responsibly with different people. What sets me apart is my combination of practical sales and customer-facing experience with Marketing, Virtual Assistance, and AI Automation training. This allows me to understand both customer needs and business goals while being comfortable learning and using digital tools.
