Qaiser Ali Khan

I am an operations and quality assurance professional with nearly nine years of experience in BPO and campaign management, having progressed from frontline transcription work into QA leadership and operations management. Most recently, I managed Medicare and auto insurance voice campaigns as Assistant Manager, Operations, where I led teams to meet production targets, maintained strong quality scores, and served on the Hiring Board conducting final-round interviews. My earlier experience includes leading a quality team that contributed to a Best Quality Center certification from a foreign client, being named Team Lead of the Year in 2022, and earning a company-sponsored international trip to Dubai in 2023 for performance on the Medicare account. I have since expanded into real estate lead generation, inbound call handling, and appointment scheduling for a USA-based campaign. I hold an MSc in Economics from Federal Urdu University, Islamabad, and am a member of the Pakistan Society of Development Economists.
